Policy on Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item. The product must be:

• In its original, unused condition
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the order form

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Step 1: Contact us by email, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
• Step 2: We will provide you with shipping instructions within 24 hours.
• Step 3: Send the package to the address provided.
• Step 4: Refund processed within 14 days of receipt.

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or model? Contact us by email. We'll help you find the best solution.

If the desired item is out of stock, a full refund will be offered.

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

• Used or worn items
• Items damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, within 14 days of receipt and verification of the return.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
